TGuide S96 geautomatiseerde nucleïnezuurextractor gebruikt de nieuwste magnetische staafadsorptie en overdracht van magnetische kralenmethode. Platen met 96 diepe putjes en verschillende soorten extractiereagentia met magnetische korrels worden toegepast om nucleïnezuur automatisch te extraheren en te zuiveren uit 1-192 bloed/cellen/weefsels/virussen en andere monsters.

Deze extractor kan worden uitgerust met een 24 fluxmodule die goed kan worden aangepast aan monsters met een groot volume. Het is uitgerust met TIANGEN voorverpakte reagentia en kan gelijktijdig 1-24 monsters extraheren. Het maximale monstervolume dat door het instrument wordt verwerkt, is 5 ml. Het is vooral geschikt voor extractie van vrij nucleïnezuur in serum en plasma. Het heeft een hoge extractieopbrengst en een goede zuiverheid, en kan worden gebruikt op gebieden zoals tumordetectie, NIPT, enz.
